​Usurp is a competitive gaming company that understands what it really takes to be a champion. Whether you realize it or not, competition is part of everyday life.  When you go to school or work there is someone always out there looking to take the crown. Students compete to be the smartest kid in the classroom, the lonely mail clerk in a Fortune 500 company striving to be the CEO of said company one day. Or, you may already be the best at what you do; but guess what? There is always someone out there looking to take your place. Usurp is defined as taking the crown by force.  We encourage the fact that some of us want to rise above the rest and promote those striving for greatness...

About the owner.

Being born in the 1980's, Manny grew up experiencing the birth of electronic gaming with Atari & Nintendo and has kept up with the industry to experience what it has become today. Winning is always something he loved doing.  His first real e-sports experience came in February 1992 when he purchased Street Fighter II, which was his first real taste of fast paced competitive gaming and he was hooked. He studied strategies daily because he wanted to be the best in the neighborhood.  His passion for the gaming industry inspired him to create this company and as Usurp grows he and his staff will continue incorporating new and innovative ideas to provide improved entertainment for gamers and spectators alike.

Our current focus.

​​​​Our goal is to provide a dedicated location for gamers to meet and compete with one another. A place where gamers can socialize, share tips and help each other improve is what is needed to keep up with the ever-growing esports industry. Usurp is close to reaching its goal of opening it's first dedicated gaming lounge in New York City.
